"Further" than what? the question is tainted or at least not well crafted since it does not specify what initial testing (e.g. non invasive ABI/PVRs) has been done?? I think the question should be reworded.
Reply to this comment »Maybe the question should have been "What percent of your patients with diabetes and an ongoing ulceration or other diabetic foot problem do you refer for further vascular workup? Clearly a patient who has diabetes but no clear problems isn't going to be sent for vascular evaluation; and most of my diabetic patients fit into this category.
