I am a diabetic and before the ACA passed, I was forced to buy BCBS for health insurance no matter what the premiums were. Now at least I will be able to shop around for the coverage that fits my needs. I can't imagine ANYONE with a preexisting condition not liking this ability to buy health insurance that fits him or her, instead of one that he or she is forced to buy.
