Using Cerner that replaced a Medinotes platform that was supported by them. I find the new product difficult to use and a poorly designed product. Training was very, very poor. The trainer was more interested in arranging her New York night life than interacting with me or my staff. Even worse, the support is poor. There are service requests that are open  for more than one month!
