Charlotte™ Fixation Products offer a comprehensive line of stainless steel fixation options for reconstructive foot surgery. Includes 3.0 mm, 4.3 mm and 7.0 mm headless compression screws; CLAW® Locking Compression Plates; 2.0 and 2.7 mm Snap-Off Screws; and other more specialized products. Darco® Fixation Products offer a highly specialized titanium locking-screw plating system for reconstructive foot surgery. Plates include the BOW™ Opening Wedge Plate for proximal bunion fixation; the LPS™ Lapidus Plating System; the CPS™ Calcaneal Fracture Plate; and the RPS™ Rearfoot Plating System for Charcot and flatfoot reconstruction. GraftJacket™ Regenerative Tissue Matrix includes high suture retention strength and proprietary processing to preserve collagen architecture and provides a unique extracellular scaffold. The GraftJacket matrix allows cell repopulation, revascularization and remodeling to host tissue in reinforcement of tendon repair and in diabetic foot ulcers. Swanson® Silastic Joints offer the original silicone joint solution, with over 30 years of documented clinical outcomes. Includes the Swanson Great Toe and Lesser Toes and the Weil Hammertoe Implant. Sidekick™ External Fixation includes external fixation products for the foot and ankle, including circular, rearfoot and mini-frames for osteosynthesis, arthrodesis, arthrodiastasis and callotasis. |
