Metanx¨ tablets are available by prescription only for patients with symptomatic diabetic peripheral neuropathy and/or lower extremity ulcerations. Each Metanx tablet contains L-methylfolate (2.8 mg), methylcobalamin (2 mg) and pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (25 mg).
