Silver Shieldª Skin and Wound Gel is a non-cytotoxic, long-acting, topical silver skin and wound antimicrobial barrier dressing, with broad-spectrum bactericidal, fungicidal properties, including MRSA and VRE. Silver Shield Gel is clear, tissue compatible, very viscous amorphous hydrogel. Two-year shelf life. Available in 1.5-oz. tubes. MaxGelª is a non-cytotoxic sheet hydrogel, containing approximately 92 percent water that helps to maintain a moist wound environment that is conducive to healing. MaxGel also helps to relieve the discomfort and pain associated with some wounds and skin irritations. It can donate as well as absorb. It helps to maintain the optimal wound environment.
